We often find ourselves in the middle of situations that bring us frustration or cause us emotional pain. The universe is going to continue to bring you situations to resolve that may feel very similar, like you're ALWAYS dealing with the same issues. It's often because you react in the same ways to the same situations. The universe sends you signs and signals, (red flags) that you continue to ignore. If you find yourself having one of THOSE days where you feel defeated and overwhelmed, make sure you remember that you always have a choice. You can let yourself feel defeated, or you can ask yourself, "What is the lesson that I'm meant to learn here?". How can I look at how I've handled this in the past, and what would/should I do differently this time around? How can I set myself up for success to be able to tackle this issue if it comes up again? I know it can often feel overwhelming, but remember that everything goes full circle, and whatever you're dealing with has the potential to make you stronger. We are all learning, and one of the best things you can learn is that just showing up and attempting is always going to leave you feel better than if you hadn't tried at all. Go battle that demon and you might realize that it wasn't as big, bad, or scary as you thought it was. We tend to let the not so comfortable things in life loom larger than they really are, and give these negative thoughts and emotions more power than they deserve. Make the choice to not let it drag you down and knock you out of your vibration. It's ok to feel your feels, but dust yourself off and make sure you remember that YOU GOT THIS!
